Navkiran Singh has wide exposure of working as an Associate lawyer in important Criminal trials and Extradition matters in United States, Canada and England. He besides having a successful practice in Criminal, Matrimonial, Guardianship, Adoption Laws in the city of Chandigarh in the High Court and Supreme Court of India at New Delhi, has a wide experience in the field of Human Rights Violation cases and has been successful in prosecuting the violators. He has also represented cases of Involuntary Disappearances before the Sub Committees of United Nations at Geneva and New York and has appeared and Accepted in the foreign courts as an expert witness on Human Rights situation in India He being a committed Human Rights Activist is actively involved in the campaign against Death Penalty. |

My Late father started his Law Practice in 1949 and I stepped into his shoes in 1986 and soon my children will.
